My Hair Regimen

A healthy hair regimen is ESSENTIAL for one wanting to achieve long and healthy hair. It is how our hair gets healthy and stays healthy as well is key in length retention. Most of us want to see our hair at it's full potential, and building a regimen is the only way to do it. Here is my hair regimen that I follow to grow my hair as long and healthy as possible:
